This application enables volunteer Indian Ex-Servicemen the Guardians to provide Feedback pertaining to various Welfare schemes of Govt.
The public feedback on behalf of a specific village is to be provided by the appointed “Guardian” on periodic basis through the Mobile Application for specific schemes of Government of Punjab & Central Govt. Following is brief overview of the complete process mechanism:
1. Guardian will provide periodic feedback on behalf of the village for specific schemes.
2. The feedback will be provided through “Guardians of Governance” Mobile application.
3. The feedback provided will be automatically assigned to the Administrative Secretary of the Department and Deputy Commissioner (DC)/ SDM/Tehsil head GOG/District head GOG for the concerned scheme/Village.
4. Admin Secretary/DC/SDM/SDM/Tehsil head GOG/District head GOG take relevant action on the feedback and updates the details in the system.
5. Action taken details are now visible to the “Guardian” in the Mobile Apps for a specific feedback.
6. Guardian on behalf of the village can share satisfaction/dis-satisfaction with the action taken.
7. If dissatisfied, then the feedback is again reassigned to the department.
8. Department/DC then again takes necessary steps and update the details.
9. Guardian can further share on behalf of the village satisfaction/dis-satisfaction on the follow-up action.
