Stamina & endurance: Who needs it? Everyone, someone, or who trains herself to go beyond. So in short this app is for every individual who wants to achieve a better performance in their goal, So the goal can be anything, freediving, spearfishing, bodybuilding,  running, basketball, hockey, soccer, healthy living and the list goes on.

This is a multi combo app consisting of Pranayama, to modern navy level box breathing, with a plus version, and finally the apnea table with o2 and co2. Each exercise consists of different levels, based on user capacity preference they can start from basic level One. After completing the level they can gradually move to the next level.

The main motive of this app is to increase your stamina & endurance. How does it work? It is simple to explain, oxygen plays an important role, the better oxygen you have, you sustain the better, you perform for a prolonged time. So in short this app trains you with oxygen, as well as it will help you to cope with excess carbon dioxide while training.

So what is an apnea table?
You’ll remember from your lectures that the currencies of the breath hold are carbon dioxide (CO2) and oxygen (O2). When we are under water, we need to reduce our body’s consumption of O2 and reduce our body’s production of CO2. The more that we dive, the more that our bodies adapt and get used to low levels of oxygen and high levels of carbon dioxide. Apnea tables are designed as an exercise to encourage this adaptation without the need for actually diving.

The concept is simple. Apnea tables designed to improve the body’s tolerance to CO2 will decrease the rest time between successive breath holds in an attempt to slowly build a residual concentration of CO2 in the lungs. An O2 table will do the opposite by holding rest times constant and increasing the duration of each breath hold.

The beauty of these exercises is they don’t require water! Practice your apnea tables on the couch in front of the TV, or in bed just after a morning wake up. Remember your dive safety and always have a buddy nearby, even when dry training!

Before trying to perform the apnea exercise, make sure you do some warm up with, optimal circle, square box and square box plus.
