Stress Relief Exercises is a straightforward set of 7 carefully selected relaxing and stress-alleviating exercises.

It has been proved that proper physical activity reduces stress. Even if you have never engaged in sports or fitness, this effective set of exercises will help you relax, alleviate anxiety, get rid of negative emotions, reduce and eventually manage stress.

But don’t worry – we will not make your pump iron though. Our antistress gymnastics approach with a grain of fitness on top, aims at stretching muscles and removing strain from them rather than adding it.

You can exercise any time and even more than once per day as soon as you feel the need for relaxation. To eliminate insomnia and improve sleep we highly recommend performing this exercise routine before going to bed.

On average each exercise should take from 30 seconds to one minute. The whole routine therefore takes around 5 minutes. Eventually you can increase the time for each exercise if you feel like it. When doing these exercises try to achieve full relaxation. Do not think about anything and concentrate only on breathing.
