Kaia Back Pain as digital therapy is accessible wherever you are and available daily. Therefore, it is especially suitable for patients who may have difficulty accessing existing therapy programs.
Kaia Back Pain is only available via prescription or with a preexisting diagnosis of non-specific back pain. Every doctor or psychotherapist can issue a prescription for Kaia Back Pain. Statutory health insurance providers will cover the cost. Follow the instructions in the app to receive access.

Kaia Back Pain is a digital application for the treatment of non-specific back pain providing the core content of multimodal therapy in a digital format. Kaia Back Pain does not replace a medical diagnosis and should only be used by patients with a diagnosis of non-specific back pain. Usage of Kaia Back Pain takes place independently by the patient. The treating physician should verify if specific back pain causes are present or if other contraindications speak against the application, and should be informed about progress and changes in back pain during the course of the treatment.
