Get points for the same amount of the pre-GST of Resiwood Adhesives products from any dealer. And the dealer will transfer the points to you through a unique code generated by the app.

KYC

Astral’s team will collect the necessary documents to unlock the app and to redeem the collected points. All members can upload KYC documents to this app without the sales team help.

Redemption

3. Company reserves the right to change gifts and their points any time as it is subject

4. Winning points can neither be exchanged with any other gifts nor be encashed.

5. Decision of company will be final and binding regarding the reward program.

6. This reward program is strictly for contractors and carpenters only.

7. Service, quality and warranty are the responsibilities of the respective brand owners.

8. On redemption for any two wheelers or four wheelers the ex-showroom price would
be considered Only.
9. Duration and schedule of domestic and foreign trips would be the sole discretion of

10. Travelling to foreign countries is subjected to passport and visa clearance.

11. Travelling to foreign destinations would be at your own risk.

12. All disputes related to this reward program are subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction

13. standard delivery time of gift articles are - Gift A list – Minimum 7 working days, Gift
B list – Minimum 14 working days and Gift C list – Minimum 25 working days.

14. Bank transfer will be done in minimum 5 working days.

15. International trip starts either from Delhi or Mumbai.
