Empower Distributor App
An initiative devised by Astral Adhesives for its distributors to provide convenience, easy order placement and improved communication. The app will help in ease of ordering and instant order placement by distributors to Astral Adhesives.
The App also displays necessary figures like Ledger, Transaction History, Sales Reports, Target Achievement, etc. that enables distributors to be aware of necessary information anytime, anywhere. Also, Empower Distributor App covers a wide range of products from Astral Adhesives. Being a part of this program will entitle distributors to order and get attractive gifts, depending on the earned points.
How to Login?
To register, download the Empower Distributor App from Google Play or Apple - App Store and enter your registered SAP Code to login. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Add this code for verification. Once this is done, enter your secured PIN to securely login to your account.
Sales Order
Sales Order helps distributors to book new order, see order history, manage item list and check pending order.
Create Order & Order History
Distributors can click on the “Create Order” tab to place orders. Click on the (+) button to add items from the list and click on “Place Order” tab to book the order. Users can also check their previous orders by clicking on the “Order History” tab and click on (>) button to see items.
Manage Item List & Pending Orders
For adding or removing items, click on “Manage Item List” and click on (+) button to select items. Go to “Pending Orders” to check incomplete orders. Select the specific dates and it will show all the orders made on that day. Click on (>) to check the items of that order.
Ledger & Customer Aging
Gain useful insights by checking the ledger and check customer aging as well.
Sale Reports
This tab allows users view sale of specific brands by clicking on “Brand Wise Sale”. To check the overall progress on target achieved, click on the “Target Achievement” tab.
Schemes and Rewards
Know the latest offers from the Schemes section and redeem the accumulated points from the Rewards section. The earned reward points will automatically add into the account based on purchases through the app.
Grievance and Suggestions
Register any complaint from the “WeCare” tab to the company.
