Niwasi App is for residents and their community.
Niwasi App makes things easy for Niwasi to act collectively. It empowers them to prioritize collective agenda, take collective initiatives, make contributions and assess the changes.
Community is the key caretaker of Niwasi’s shared space and common services. Niwasi App helps in this.
Thus Niwasi App helps to improve public or common services and facilities.
Key features of the app at present are:
- Resident’s meeting or Niwasi Sabha: Agenda Giving, Voting on Proposal, Decisions, Resident’s Driven Niwasi Sabha, Self Generated Residents Sabha, Historical Agenda, Niwasi Sabha And Decisions.

The app is jointly developed by Sunai Consultancy and Trilline Infotech.
Sunai Consultancy approach is resident centric to a better services and facilities in a community.
Pricing: charges are at bare minimum low end at Rs. 380 for 6 months for upto 10 flats or families. For additional flats or families with 4 residents per flat, the charges are Rs. 30 per flat. Payment will be made by community admin or secretary.
How to register with the app:
A resident can access the community page in app by two step method: i) sign up by choosing its community, ii) register with community after accessing the registration key from community.
A community resident can enlist its physical real-life community one time by accessing the web version of the app from: http://niwasi.tlitech.net/
Invitation for contributions and participation: further development work is on. If we get support, we will have more functional sooner.
