D&T App will act as a self-guiding tool for BAL Channel partners and will enable “First time Right” repair which in turn will positively impact customer experience and workshop productivity.
Perform systematic diagnosis and troubleshoot issues of bike in an effective manner using D&T app as guiding tool.
Use Audio, Video and Images to find the exact root cause of issue and resolve the same in first attempt.
Here’s everything you can do and find on the D&T App :
· Fault code based diagnosis : Enter “PCode” and find Step by Step by SOP to diagnose and troubleshoot.
· Customer voice based diagnosis : Enter concern faced by customer and find Step by Step by SOP to diagnose and troubleshoot.
· FFR generation : In FFR mode share FFR directly with BAL team, no duplication required in CDMS.
· Regular updates : Regular and latest updates.
· Multilingual : Available in 10 Regional Languages. Select preferred Regional language and experience better connect.
Note: - During first time installation, Users need to enter his mobile number & enter the received OTP on his mobile.
