This app will cater service advisors in the workshop to open a job card on a fly, service advisors just need to capture basic details of the customers along with their complaint, which will then create a job card, this app will be in sync with the desktop application and all the transactions created using this app will be replicated as it is in desktop application where user can modify and fill in other details as and when required.
