This visual directory maps the locations of NHS facilities and over 2,000 charity services across the United Kingdom:
* Services grouped into easy to find categories
* Displayed visually on the map, or as a list
* Activate driving directions by clicking on a map icon
* Search by organisation name, postcode, or descriptive words
* From the Home Screen, directly connect to the Veterans' Gateway Team (phone, email or text) if you need help
* 'Contact Us' form for directory feedback
