ServiceMax has developed this app for its operation team with objective to maintain efficiency and to serve its clients and help resolve complaints within the time limits specified. The client can use this app to make a complaint and the operations team will get notified immediately about it. The clients too will get notifications as soon as the complaint is resolved and will have the option of reopening the complaint if not satisfied with the resolution. The clients will be able to track their complaints and will have a record of all the complaints lodged and time taken for its resolution. The client will be able to generate feedback for the resolved complaints and can give rating for the work done.
