Sea Maps provides the ability to view nautical information as a layer on top of maps. The app supports normal map viewing along with the option to automatically center and follow your location. For more information on the underlying project and the map coverage visit the openseamap.org website.
This is the free version of the Sea Maps app, showing ads on the main screen. The paid version without ads is also available in the Play Store.
