Ibex SMS app is for Ibex Employees only. This app enables user to stay in contact with other users and stay up to date with any ongoing outages.
The landing page displays four options of Messages, Outages, Contacts and Groups in separate tabs at bottom
• Messages shows all ongoing chat sessions
• Outages tab shows any open outage details, clicking on any outage will navigate to its bridge details
• Contacts list all contacts available on app
• Groups shows all groups within app
