Step 1: Create a Holland Casino account online
Create an account at www.hollandcasino.nl/registreren. Choose your username (e-mail address) and password. Click on the activation button in the confirmation e-mail to activate your account. Note: for security reasons this link is only valid for 24 hours.
Step 2: Verify your account
Have your account verified by HC at the casino. This way we know for sure that you are the owner of your account. Only with a verified account can we make personal offers. You can have your account verified at every Holland Casino location.
Step 3: Take advantage of the benefits with your Favorites Card
Do not have a Favorites Card yet? Request one immediately from the casino reception so that you can immediately benefit from the benefits. You will receive your personal Favorites Card on the spot, which will be linked to your Holland Casino account. Handy, because now you always know what your Favorites privileges and points balance is!
The Holland Casino Favorites app is a free app, exclusively for participants in the Holland Casino Favorites Program. With the Holland Casino Favorites App, card members get the most out of the Favorites program:
