Requesting your Vahak Rickshaw is easy - here’s how it works :
1. Just open the app and tell us where you’re going.
2. The app uses your location (nearest Vahak Rickshaw) so your driver knows where to pick you up.
3. You’ll see your driver’s vehicle number, contact number, waiting time and can track their arrival on the map.
4. Payment can be made by card, net banking, wallet and cash.
5. After the ride, you can rate your driver and provide feedback to help us improve the Vahak E-Rickshaw experience.
