Emboss RT takes a live feed from your device's camera, applies an embossing technique to emphasize changes in brightness between adjacent pixels, then displays the real-time result on your screen.
Unlike most other embossing programs, Emboss RT maintains the color components of the image, providing a lively, cartoon-like result.
Use the slide control to select the amount of amplification. Higher amplification will bring out more detail in the image, at the cost of more noise.
Try using high amplification in a dim environment to provide a basic night-vision system.
This initial release is very basic, with no way to save or share images.
