֍ Pending record: As student request to a mentor he gets a pending request, in pending request no contact info is passed to mentor or student. After getting the request he might accept it or reject it based on his preference. In both case student will be notified. If it’s rejected then you can find it inside rejected records. Instead if it’s accepted then you can find it inside accepted records.
֍ Accepted Record: If the mentor accept the pending request sent by student than that record become accepted and both student and mentor personal contact information are show to each other. Mentor need to verify his info before accepting any request.
֍ Current Record: Normally every accepted request become current after 24 hours.
֍ Completed Record: All completed records can be found here.
֍ Rejected Record: Normally all rejected records can be found here irrelevant of who have rejected it.
✓ Obligations to Dume:
֍ Mentors are obliged to pay 25% or less than 25% of their agreement salary mentioned in dume records as tuition matching charge(only once for each tuition job). This Obligation amount will be added to mentor profile after completion of 20 days from initial request.
✓ Penalties:
֍ Student penalty: If student request a mentor and then before mentors response he/she reject it than he gets BDT 50৳ penalty which he/she is obliged to pay to the next requested mentor.
֍ Mentor penalty: If mentor cancel a request after accepting it then he get BDT 100৳ penalty which he is obliged to pay to Dume authority.
