The BancPass app allows you to manage your BancPass Toll Sticker account using your SmartPhone. The BancPass Toll Sticker is a prepaid toll sticker that can be purchased at major retailers including H-E-B in the Houston area. After the sticker is installed and the account is activated, the vehicle is able to use the system to pay their tolls on all toll roads in Texas and Kansas.
