Handling of client certificate
**Prerequisite for this app: Aspect Workforce Mobile must already be installed at your company for this app to work properly. Before downloading, confirm with your company’s WFM admin or IT department that this app is available to you.**
Aspect Workforce Management Mobile provides immediate access for agents to Aspect Workforce Management directly from a tablet or smart phone device. Empower agents to self-manage schedules remotely, and provide tools to track schedules, agent requests, as well as intra-day performance statics "on the go".

- View individual agent schedule data
- View existing and add new Workforce Management Exception Requests
- View personal account balance data
- View agent productivity statics
- Ability to receive push notifications
The Enterprise Edition includes the ability to receive notifications.
