Added the Island Dock system:
1. Join the Triangle War event to get the material for upgrading the Island Dock: Habor Blueprint.
2. Upgrade the Island Dock to certain levels to unlock the components: Dancing Fountain, Lighthouse, and Tour Boat. Components can also be upgraded.
3. When the Island Dock and Components increase to specific levels, the appearances will change.
