When you signup, your profile will be shown to potential husband materials. Those interested will send you their profile too. From there you can easily make your pick and choose who you engage with.
As a Guy.....................
When you signup, you will see the profile of various potential wife material in the App. You can click on those you find interesting. If they accept you, then you can connect with them.
