This is a demo of a TV app source code example that shows how the media transport keys on a TV device remote control can control the flow of video (play/pause/stop/seek). This uses the VideoView component. So this is the whole point. Play with the controls and try to navigate the crude motorcycle clip back and forth. The default video clip streams from a server in Sweden. The user can press the Menu key of the Remote/Keyboard to change the URL and try streaming own movie clips. One aspect of letting an app render video is the shorter response time compared to a web solution.
