Technical bug fixing
TATA POWER SURAKSHA RAKSHA Mobile Application is meant for the users who visit various plants and find some issues in the plant. User can escalate those issues through this app by entering the details in “Post Issues” section, and can be viewed the submitted issues. Concerned people will fix the issue and update the status to any of the relevant status out of Void, New, and Work in Progress, Closed and Re-opened. Main benefit of this app is user will be allowed to submit data even if the network is not available. Data will be saved in offline mode and the sync button on every screen of the app will turn green indicating there is some data to be submitted. On clicking of the green button, offline data will be synced to the server.
