Various fixes and improvements
This app allows QLD SES staff and volunteers to manage tasks received by the 132 500 call centre, SES Assistance app, www.132500.qld.gov.au or locally created jobs of opportunity, in addition to agency support requests.
The app can be used to manage the lifecycle of the task from notification of the SES Group, to acceptance by the SES Group, tasking to a team, and closure.
Tasks and requests can be viewed in dashboard format or in a list view with an accompanying map showing the geographic location of each task and request.
Custom reports can be created to list the tasks that are relevant to you, and a quick export feature is available to download all tasks allocated to a Region/Area/Unit/Group within a specified timeframe.
The app also allows the management of users, SES Group details and contacts, Sectors and teams.
