Performance improvements
The new and improved Santam Client App provides a range of features for Santam policyholders leading to an enhanced self-service experience. The registration and authentication process is effortless which allows users access to their Santam policy portfolio. User profiles can be personalized, policy information is presented in a more simplistic way and additional cover or policy changes can be requested in a few easy steps. The SOS emergency button is available for insurance related emergencies and will alert Santam’s emergency response team. Claims can be submitted and can be tracked in a few easy steps.
