Living self-love: Do you want to improve your mindfulness and inner connection with yourself while studying, working, painting, writing, reading, etc.?
After xx minutes (adjustable), the app reminds you with a gong to take a short meditation break. After the previously set meditation time, another gong will bring you back to your previous activity.
If you press the pause button, receive a call or put the app in the background, it pauses automatically. When you return, you can press the play button to continue.
Note: Since I wrote this app using an open source game development platform, unfortunately it consumes quite a bit of power. For longer use, I recommend plugging in the charging cable.
