We’ve updated the user interface and you can now navigate the app through buttons along the bottom of your screen. We’ve removed the session counter and expanded the amount of information you can see about charging and discharging, including the upcoming schedule.
Backend changes may have caused your account to de-register, so you may need to reset your password when you first log in. Due to these changes, your charger must be “OCPP ON” to display in the app.
Use the Octopus Energy Powerloop app to set when you would like your car charged by and to view your Vehicle to Grid (V2G) activity. Boost and Stop buttons enable you to control your charger from your phone and the new set-up allows you to see your upcoming schedule after 5pm each day. Active power and cumulative energy charged and discharged are all displayed.
