Through a fully customised profile, users have access to their travel itinerary, the documentation for their flights and the journey details. The firm will also upload the tickets for the scheduled activities and include a notifications section to keep group members fully informed.
Customers will also have access to a private area where they can save a copy of their personal documents (national ID document, passport, etc.), and a public area so they can share photos from their trip.
