My Lean application was developed to help organizations to select the right lean tools and techniques based on their context toward reducing waste as well as improving productivity. This decision instrument can be considered as one of the first decision support tool using basic decision method such as Simple Additive Weighted (SAW) and also considering contingency factors that affect the decision of Lean selection. Perhaps by using My Lean Apps, all organizations could gain some benefits in their decision making process.
