mjTrack app is here to make sure that the ordered items are delivered securely to the right recipient along with authentic Proof Of Delivery ( POD ).
mjTrack is using the state-of-the-art technology along with an easy-to-use mobile app for seamlessly obtaining the Proof Of Delivery ( POD ) during the delivery of the gift to our clients.
Features of our mjTrack (Proof Of Delivery / POD) app :
- OTP-based (OTP sent to the registered mobile number of the recipient) secured delivery app for capturing Proof Of Delivery
- mjTrack will capture photo ID of the recipient to authenticate the delivery to the right person
- mjTrack will capture the photo of the recipient as added layer authentication
- The item is considered delivered only when both (OTP + Recipient’s ID Proof) is captured by the app
- Recipient receives confirmation by SMS once the above process is completed
- Along with all these secured functionalities, the app will also capture the GPS location for added authentic information.
- mjTrack works seamlessly with fast, slow and even no network connectivity also.

How mjTrack (Proof Of Delivery / POD) app works :
- Delivery agents of our courier partners will download “mjTrack” on their phones
- During pickup of material from seller or warehouse, the delivery agent will scan the gift to view details of delivery location and gift recipient ( final customer)
- On scanning ,customer will receive an SMS with OTP and intimation about dispatch on their registered mobile number ONLY
- On arrival at the delivery location, the delivery agent will enter the OTP provided by the customer in the app
- Once delivery agent enters the OTP in the app, his mobile camera will open up automatically in order to prompt the agent to take a picture. The agent will have to click picture of the gift recipient or any of his valid identity proofs ( Driver’s license, Aadhaar, PAN, passport etc)
- Gift is considered as delivered only when correct OTP is stated by the gift recipient & is captured by the agent along with picture of the customer’s identify proof. If one or both are missing, the gift will be marked as undelivered
- Gift recipient receives SMS about delivery of the gift once the above process is completed
- A report on delivery will be available in the back-end system with photo ID proof, time, date and location of delivery.
