Workflow:
1. Venue supervisor installs this LeaveHomeSafeScanner app on an Android device.
2. After scanning the QR code for LeaveHomeSafe, each venue visitor has to show the LeaveHomeSafe page on his/her mobile device in front of the Android device of the venue supervisor.
3. Repeat step 2 until this LeaveHomeSafeScanner app shows that the venue visitor is allowed to go in.
