The App enables Bosch Hotline Experts to see what you see by utilizing the camera of your mobile device. It allows Bosch Hotline to present technical documentation and guide you with your inquiry while simplifying your troubleshooting process.
Bosch Visual Connect Pro App does not allow Bosch Hotline to access any data stored on your mobile device.
