Tip your waiter when your tipsy. A no frills app that requires no thinking, just drinking and eating. Well I guess it would help if you had a couple of extra bucks on you to pay the tip. You'll never have to worry about drinking too much at happy hour again. If you can push a button, you can use this app. Oh and one more thing. You're not gonna get a fortune cookie, but the Tipsy Waiter often spews out some words of wisdom for you to ponder. Drinking not required!
