Time check assistant will remember the time check for better time management. For example if you are going somewhere like out for lunch. It remember the time check, So that you can calculate the the total time spent outside to manage your working hours. Same like when you want to do something continuously after some time span like you need to take medicine after every six hours. It helps you to remember and calculate the time.
