- Airlines agents to verify the validity of a travel authorization prior to check-in or boarding,
- Airport health, immigration and custom agents to determine the actions required towards arriving passengers, and
- In-country hotels, guesthouses, restaurants, malls, means of transportation and other public venues to register encounters.
