Added a simple instructions page.
A cute, simple, non-nonsense lightweight system info widget which shows the current cpu, ram and disk usage.
Instructions:
To use the widget just add a new "system info widget" to your homescreen. It should automatically start showing the cpu, ram and disk usage.
