You are a special agent on a mission to eliminate him. Try to spot the criminal from the top of the building, using several hints - intelligence got information about his appearance. Compare his clothes to those of the rest of the people and find the perfect match. Once you do that - take a shot from your sniper rifle and hope you find the right guy. Otherwise, the criminal will try to escape on his personal helicopter, but don't worry, you still have a chance to eliminate him - this time use the RPG to shoot down the helicopter and get done with it once and for all!
