With this app you can set an alarm to wake you up at the point when you will feel more refreshed.
Every time you sleep, you enter into a series of sleep cycles that last for around 90 minutes. A good night's sleep consists of 5-6 complete sleep cycles. Waking up in the middle of a sleep cycle leaves you feeling tired. The goal is to wake up about at the end of a cycle. This helps you feel refreshed and alert with a clear mind.
The app supports calculating when to wake up, when to go to sleep, and when to wake up if you sleep now. You can then set up an alarm to wake up at the right time. You can even input how long it normally takes you to fall asleep, and setting the minutes you need before falling asleep.
