With the Servify FST App, Field Service Technicians (FSTs) can keep track of and take action, on daily requests received for Google Pixel devices in their city. The App provides a ready reckoner for the FSTs to perform basic troubleshooting steps and determine if the customer’s Google Pixel device needs to be brought in to the Service Centre for servicing or can be fixed during an onsite visit.
