OnePlus Engineer can use this app to mark attendance, view job details assigned to them and fulfil the job through the OnePlus Engineer app. No need for paperwork, as the OnePlus Engineer app gives every technician the details of the pending jobs. Technicians can then mark jobs or visits as completed, requested for parts, etc right from the app, which saves time and the information is available real-time to managers from any location.
With an eye towards automation in the near future, the OnePlus Engineer app is empowering OnePlus’s management to improve workforce management and reduce reliance on manual entries, which may lead to errors.
