Scientific 7 Minute Workout is the simple and easy to use HICT (High-Intensity Circuit Training) workout app! Why HICT? Because High-Intensity Circuit Training workouts are aimed at:
😅 Burning the most fat in the least amount of time (it isn't called high-intensity for nothing)
⌚ Reducing the amount of time you workout to accommodate busy schedules
About Workout:
This HICT workout is based on science, proven to be quick, simple, and effective. It consists of 12 well-known aerobic and resistance exercises, each exercise to be done for 30 seconds, with breaks in-between. The program can be done almost anywhere, since it only uses body weight, a chair and a wall. The 7 Minute Workout is based on the following article
Scientific 7-minute Workout App features the following:
✓ Voice commands, telling you when to break and when to start which exercise; useful for if you don't want to look at your phone/tablet while working out.
✓ Set how long you want the breaks to be; with 5 second breaks at default, the overall exercise is exactly 6 mins 55 seconds (12 30-second exercises and 11 breaks), this can be increased or decreased
✓ Option to set number of circuits to make it as challenging as you want.
showing all completed exercises above the current exercise, and upcoming exercises directly below it on the pause screen
✓ Complete Workout Log, showing you days you have done the workout, and number of rounds completed.
✓ Easy-to-follow and detailed instructions(including video!) of every exercise in the workout.
✓ Ability to switch between the exercises during the workout (going back or skipping some )
