Create RINEX file (version 2 and/or version 3) using CORS network or base station.
It supports and decodes RTCM messages in version 3.
RTCM3+ Decoder (version 1.0) is possible to decoding RTCM3 message 1004, 1005, 1006, 1007, 1008 and 1012.
Multi language application - Serbian - Russian - English.
INTERNET and STORAGE permission is needed for getting the RTCM3 messages through the Internet.
