Remotech is an app by Henkel to address the technical customer queries from the remotely by enriching the user knowledge at the same time.
The app provides troubleshooting insights for various commonly occurred issues. In addition, with the troubleshooting guide, when a particular defect could not be address, the user also has an option to log a ticket to be seen by Henkel technical customer service experts to quickly step in to resolve the cases with pictures, videos, as may be applicable. Further Knowledge and Academy section has set of curated content giving insights of happening in the Henkel adhesive ecosystem.
The app can be used with wifi and mobile data, but the user is advised to use in wifi mode when in production shown. Please read through the user guidelines thoroughly and provide your consent before start using the application.
