Randomised Coffee helps to connect people within an organisation at random, giving them time to meet, have a coffee, and meet new people from different business areas and locations, sharing ideas and learning from each other. The meetings can be done face-to-face or even through Skype call with a virtual coffee! There is no set topic to the conversations, it is just a chance to make a connection with colleagues around the business.
