POSHAN Champion App has been designed for use by POSHAN Champions, deployed under RajPusht project. The application assists in survey, database creation, monitoring and timely counselling of pregnant women and lactating mothers in Udaipur, Banswara, Dungarpur and Pratapgarh districts of Rajasthan. The application also includes growth monitoring and counselling modules for children < 2 years.
