Unlike other boxing apps, PunchFit calls out your punch combinations that YOU'VE created so you can throw them at a heavybag or whilst shadow boxing. A great way to push yourself in HIIT training or to improve your boxing craft.
Use our default combinations or create up to 12 of your own, then have the Coach call them randomly. It keeps you motivated.
