added setting from "set" to "start sound".
This is the app for practicing of sprint start.
When you push start button,
"On Your Mark" -> "Set" -> (Start Sound)
is playing.
The interval between "Set" and Start Sound is randomly set.
Noise can be produced. You can practice in an environment close to the competition.
