Added new permission
ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION and ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION for mobile runs with Android 6 and onwards. These permissions are mandatory to scan NGX Bluetooth printer in mobile with above said Android OS version.
Fixed Ideal Timer settings issue.
