Navgrah Mantra are used for meditation as well as for better health, wealth and the protection of the self. Navgrah Mantra refers to the nine planetary gods in Hindu religion. These planetary gods are Sun (Surya), Moon (Chandra), Mars (Mangal), Mercury(Budha), Jupiter (Guru), Venus (Sukhra), Saturn (Shani), Rahu and Kethu. It is believed that these planetary god's positions influence every aspect of human life and for all the good and bad one faces in life. All miseries and obstacles caused by one or many planets will be mitigated by chanting Navgrah Mantra relevant to the specific planet(s).
