Yes, we run in-depth background checks on every sitter, but that's just the beginning. They also must pass a comprehensive safety skills test, as well as an unbiased, scientifically validated personality assessment that each sitter is temperamentally suited to provide the best possible care for your children.
For sitters, we provide a safe and simple platform for finding short-term gig work with great families. For our sitters' safety, we ALSO run background checks on every parent who books through Nanno. (We are amazing because YOU are amazing!)
